New Website: On Target Screening, Inc has recently launched two new websites. ResidentScreening.us and VolunteerScreening.us. These new websites provide complete information for the related services. Links to these sites are avialable from our OnTargetScreening.com website.
Prices: 2009 Prices will remain in effect until January 15, 2010. Current clients will not see a price increase year. If you have not already submitted your service agreement, please do so qucikly to lock-in 2009 prices.
On Line Applications: The option is now available to require the applicant to pay for the screening via credit card. You can email an online form to your applicant. After the applicant completes the data entry and agrees to the charges, the system will pre-authorize an amount that is determined by you. Once the order is processed from Applicant Ready, the applicant's credit card will be charged for the final order amount. This new feature further enhances the autonomy and frees your time for greater business priorities.
Batch Ordering: There is now an option to submit batch orders, available under the Order tab. By grouping order entry data for multiple applicants into a single comma separated values (CSV) file, you can initiate multiple orders for a single client with a single upload. This process greatly reduces the time spent doing order entry, and is particularly efficient when a client can automatically generate the CSV file. If you would like to submit batch orders or enable your clients to submit batch orders, please contact Support.
XML Ordering: For those clients who use our standardized XML gateway for submitting orders, you now have the option to mark submissions for review before finalizing the order. When submitted with a "Reviewed" flag, XML submissions will queue up in the "XML Ready" workspace, under the Order menu. You can then verify the particulars of each order and submit it for processing. This is a great option for those CRAs who would like a quality control step for orders placed by their third-party systems.
Manage Report Layout: Report Layouts now support renaming the Background Check Report and Substance Abuse Report. Your updated name will be displayed when viewing the report in InstaScreen, as well as on the printed report, allowing your final product to be further customized to your specifications and needs.
Form I9 Compliance: For those who utilize our Form I9 Compliance services, we have implemented a feature that will reduce data entry time. We now have the ability to pre-populate additional verification data required when submitting EVP requests on large pools of applicants. This is useful for clients working to comply with the new Federal Contractors rules. Please contact us for additional information.
